About Me
Hi, I’m Esmee.
Before Pilates, I spent years working in radio and podcast production long hours, desk life, and a lot of time inside my head. During the pandemic, working from home slowly pulled me into poor posture and very little movement. Eventually, it caught up with me. Hello, sciatica.
I found Pilates while looking for relief, and I never really left. Within about 20 classes, the pain eased, my body felt stronger, and what started as a “fix” turned into a deeper relationship with movement. Pilates became a way for me to reconnect with my body — not just change it.

My Teaching & Training
I trained in Mat and Reformer Pilates at Sunset Pilates Bali, and later completed a Prenatal and Postnatal Reformer certification through the **Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI).
As of January 2025, I’m continuing my education through a classical comprehensive Pilates teacher training. Now entering my third year of teaching, my focus is on clear cueing, thoughtful progressions, and creating a supportive space.
I believe Pilates isn’t just about how you move, it’s about how you feel when you move.
